Pros and cons of Wake Up Lean
Even if you get plenty of things and the price is right that doesn’t mean the program is flawless.
Like any other good product, this one has some issues too.
After using it for a while I have come up with some of the main things I do and don’t like about this program.
Here’s what I’m talking about…
Here are my favorite things I like about this program:
- For a very low price, you are getting exercises, a detox program, and many healthy and delicious recipes. I find everything enough so no other courses are needed.
- I like how you are getting a lot of stuff. I learned a couple of great things from this course. Even if you are not a complete beginner you can still learn a few things.
- The workouts are really short. I don’t really like to work out for a long time and find these 5-minute long workouts excellent.
- You don’t need any additional equipment for the workouts. You can do them in your room, in the garage, the backyard or in the park. And you also don’t need a ton of space either.
- All of the recipes have pictures, ingredients, and instructions on how to make them. I personally really hate it when I’m supposed to cook something but don’t know how it looks.
- While this program is not easy to complete, it’s working. The tips are great and if you follow everything correctly you will see results.
- It’s made for anybody. Everything is designed in a specific way so it’s suitable for anybody at any age. Of course only if you are willing to take action.
Here are a couple of things I don’t like about this program:
- The thank-you page is a little chaotic. It would be a lot easier to download all the things if they were ordered more easily.
- It was hard for me to find Meredith’s email address for questions. It would save me some time if it was on the first page.
- The recipes don’t have any macronutrient information (number of calories, protein, carbs) and I had to manually calculate them.
- Except for that, I don’t really have any more complaints about the Wake Up Lean program. It’s nicely made and I’m really happy that I bought it.
As you can see even if Wake Up Lean isn’t ideal it’s still a very good program I recommend.
But is it really working?
I’m really excited because we have reached the best part of this review – my results.
