Pros and cons of Unlock Your Glutes
Like any good product, Brian Klepacki’s Unlock Your Glutes program isn’t perfect.
In my opinion, there isn’t a perfect item and all people who claim something is “ideal” are delusional.
That’s why in this Unlock Your Glutes Review I’m going to be completely transparent and show you my real thoughts about this product.
Here are my favorite things I like about this program.
- You are getting insane value for the low price you are paying. I don’t know why the price is so low. In my opinion, the whole training is worth way more than that.
- Everything is greatly explained and easy to learn. All questions you may have are well answered.
- You have a very big variety of different exercises and great instructions on how to do them. You won’t get tired of doing the same workouts over and over again.
- I really like how Brian goes into the science behind everything. It’s great to know why you do certain things.
- As you will see shortly the exercises are very good and actually work. Just make sure you are doing them correctly and eat the right foods regularly.
- It takes only 15 minutes to complete his workout. And you have to do it 2 times per week. I really don’t like to workout over 1 hour which makes this ideal for me. I believe that this can also be very helpful for people with limited amount of free time.
- All the information is well-formed, organized and backed by science. That saves you a ton of time and energy.
- The how-to step-by-step videos are short, simple and to the point.
- The whole workouts can be done without any additional equipment. This is one of the main reasons why I’ve decided to purchase it.
- I also really like the additional bonus leg workout. It’s really very useful.
Now here are a couple of things I don’t like about this program:

- Sometimes Brian gets too deep into the science behind the exercises and you have to wait before he actually starts showing you the exact steps you are waiting for. Personally, I find that a little annoying.
- The videos can’t be downloaded and require an internet connection. It can take you a lot of MBs of your mobile internet to watch them if you are out of your home. Beware of this if you have a limited amount available.
- Other than that, Unlock Your Glutes was a great buy and I’m really happy with it.
As you can see this program is not perfect but most importantly – it works.
