Shipment Processing Time

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING for all our products!

Once you make an order we aim to process that order within 2-3 working days. Depending on the volume of orders this may go up to 5 working days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if the aforementioned occurs. 

Confirmation of Shipment and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number and a link to a site where you can track your package from dispatch to your doorstep.  The tracking number provided should be activate within 24-48 hours. 


Our free shipping service aims to deliver your order in 1-2 weeks after dispatch.  Due to the current COVID-19 epidemic please allow at least an additional week for delivery.  If there are any delays in delivery you will be notified immediately by email. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Fittylife is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
