"It is a great Training set. It has multiple features that make it great to train almost every part of your body. The ankle strap is a plus to exercise your legs.
This is the first one I have with a door anchor (see the picture), which is really helpful and adds up a lot more potential exercise, especially for training your back.
The only recommendation I have is adding more bands to the set, that way you can also warm up or start training forgotten muscles.
