Pros and cons of Anabolic Running
As I have already mentioned before this program is not perfect.
But it’s not bad too.
Here is what I think…
Here are my favorite things about this program:
- One of my favorite things about this whole program is the workouts themselves. I really like how short and effective they are. For only 10-15 minutes of running, you are done. That gives you plenty of extra time for other things.
- The progression plan is really helpful. As a person who doesn’t have a lot of previous running experience, it was very comfortable for me to start with the basic phase.
- The workouts are not easy to complete but are extremely effective. I don’t like wasting time and with the help of these workouts, I’m really seeing results.
- I was surprised by the total number of things you get for such a small price of $15. (click here if you want to save a couple of bucks) I really like the additional full bodyweight workouts. They are very well designed and don’t require any equipment.
- I haven’t told you yet but I really like to ride a bike. And because of that I really enjoyed the extra part where Joe shows you how you can implement the anabolic running technique into cycling. That way I can do 2 things at the same time – ride my bike and burn more fat.
Here are my Not so favorite things about this program:
- It would be a lot better if there was a way to download the videos. That way you wouldn’t have to use the internet in order to watch them.
- It would also be a lot easier if Joe had the whole workouts filmed on videos. He currently has only the exercises.
- It was hard for me to understand what exactly was I getting at first – an ebook, videos, both? I think his site can have some improvements on that matter.

What’s the best way to show results? Pictures right?
Well here are mine after doing the anabolic running workouts for a couple of months:
As you can see not only I burned some fat, but I also gained some muscle.
Of course, I did the bodyweight workouts as well but the point here is that you can get actual results if you are consistent enough.
So in short the workouts work. Yes, they are not pleasant but I’ve personally had never heard about “pleasant workouts”.
Another important thing I want to say is that anybody can do it. As long as you do the hard work consistently and eat healthy meals you are going to get positive results.
It doesn’t really matter how bad your current situation is. Even if you are 10 times worse than me don’t lose hope.
